Vendor Information

Intro Letter:

Jo-Ann's Gardens invites you to participate in our 4th annual Harvest Fest Sale this September 18, 2010. We are looking for a variety of vendors to contribute to our sale. During this time, we have a blowout sale on a vast majority of our product leftover from the growing season, which draws a considerable crowd on its own. During our festival last September, we had an attendance of over 500 people. Guest speakers gave seminars on various gardening activities. Other attractions included various children's activities, and bucket rides in a Town of Wells fire truck. We're hoping to have these and many more this year including various contests and activities.  

As a vendor at our festival, you will have a reserved spot (for a fee of $25 which will be donated and divided between the Wells Public Library and the North Berwick Public Library) in the middle of our garden center amongst the sales shed to ensure the greatest customer density. You must provide your own table (small tent if you wish) and a small donation to be raffled off. We can provide you with an electrical hook up if needed, but please provide your own extension cord.  

Harvest Fest 2010 will take place from 8am to 5pm on Saturday September 18, 2010. Details about the events and speakers occurring during the day will follow in the coming weeks on our website and email newsletters.

This is a great opportunity for you and your company to display and sell your product to a unique crowd. Don't miss out!  

We have 40 spaces available for vendors on a first come, first served basis. Fill out and return the included vender application form to reserve your spot during this great festival.

We are currently seeking vendors to add to this year's festivities. This years donation will be divided between the Wells Public Library and the North Berwick Public Library to help aid them in their on-going expansions.
