COVID-19 Shopping Options
Corona Virus 2020 Policy: Per the State of Maine CDC guidelines, we fall under the essential business category and our garden center will be OPEN for your convenience. We will be enforcing the maximum number of customers allowed at any one time on the property and in the greenhouses. We will also be ensuring all social spacing guidelines are being followed by both the public and staff. We have increased efforts to wipe down wagons, doors, checkout area and all areas where customers may come into contact with surfaces throughout the day. Our staff is practicing social distancing, and we ask you do as well. We are, as always, happy to answer any questions you may have, while maintaining a distance that is safe for our employees and customers.
Pricing To help those affected by the many layoffs & furloughs that have occurred due to the pandemic, we have rolled our prices back to 2017/2018 levels.
For those who do not wish to shop at our garden center in person, we are offering curbside pick-up as well as delivery:WE DO ASK if you, or anyone in your household, is exhibiting any symptoms, please do not shop at the Garden Center or request pick-up. If you need items, please order them for delivery.
Curbside Pick-up Follow the ordering process described below. After we receive your order, we'll give you a call to set up a pick-up time. We'll have your order waiting for you when you arrive. We can even load it for you if you wish to remain in your vehicle.
Delivery Follow the ordering process described below. We are offering FREE delivery of annuals & perennials with a $50 minimum order to the Wells/Ogunquit area. $75 minimum to the Kennebunks. Please contact us outside of those towns for rates. Our staff will practice social distancing and will place items in the driveway for you. They will not need to enter your home for any reason. Please keep in mind that spring is our busiest season and with the current situation we may become overwhelmed with delivery requests. We will do our best to fulfill them in a timely manor but we ask and thank you for your patience.
Ordering Process Please see our inventory lists (left side of page). They are alphabetized by plant name with available colors/varieties. Due to the number of plant varieties we carry, we cannot post pictures of every plant. If you wish to see what it looks like, we recommend a quick internet search of the name and color which should provide a picture for you. We will work diligently to keep the lists as updated as possible, but we cannot guarantee a requested item will be in stock when you place your order. We will contact you if an item is out of stock and offer a substitution if possible. After we receive your order, we'll make sure everything is in stock, tally up the total and contact you to arrange a pickup or delivery time as well as collect payment over the phone.
